Flavia began her practice of Iyengar yoga in 2008 with Gabriella Giubilaro and Pasquale Equizi, and later on with Bindu Talwar. The teachings of her mentors combined with Flavia’s own growing passion for the practice led her to undertake a long path of training that earner her Introductory I and II certifications.
Over the years she has participated in seminars led by Stéphanie Quirk, Garth McLean and Abhijata lyengar. In 2023 she travelled to Rimyi Institute in India to improve and complete her practice.
Flavia still carries on in her studies by attending Gabriella’s classes and assisting her in teaching.
