This workshop will first explain how to practice to prevent heart problems and we will see how to treat simple problems. The doctor Carmine Licciardi, cardiologist, and Cristina Montesi, cardiology internist, will also participate in the seminar.

The Yoga room is one of the many buildings on the property that has been restored with wooden floors and a view facing the surrounding hills. Vegetarian food will be served. If you have food restriction or allergy, please inform before coming.
Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat. All other props will be provided.

Transportation:
By Car: For those taking the Autostrada del Sole, exit at Valdichiana, take the Raccordo Siena-Bettolle and exit at Rigomagno-Arezzo. The farmhouse is located 3 km from Rigomagno in the direction of Rapolano Terme. More precise information can be found at www.montauto.it
By Train: For those coming by train, the nearest station is Sinalunga on the Siena-Chiusi railway line. There are no cabs at the station; call ahead to make arrangements.
A shuttle bus will be provided to and from Montauto. It will depart from “Istituto Iyengar Yoga Firenze”, Via San Gervasio 18, Florence. The cost is € 35 euros one way (€70 euros both ways) and it is non-refundable. The shuttle must be reserved at the time of the registration.

Price: € 360 (€ 140 for the classes and € 220 for accommodation and food, including three meals a day not refundable if not consumed). The reservation will be valid only after the payment of the deposit of € 150.
